Where Hobbit And Wendell Visit EuroDisney

Ariane Mnouchkine described EuroDisney as, "The Cultural Chernobyl" in a private conversation with Robert Fitzpatrick, who became its first chairman.
We used our EurailPasses to take the RER train to Marne la Valle (the EuroDisney stop.) The ride took about an hour, plus about 10 minutes of waiting in line, then we were in the park. The park is smaller than the Anaheim Park, there's no Jungle Cruise or Matterhorn ride. The Haunted Mansion is a little creepier, the 20,000 Leagues Under The Sea ride has a replica of the Nautilus from the Disney movie, not a faux-'60s submarine and the Pirates of the Carribean is the original, sans the politically correct revisionism that Anaheim has perpetrated.
The Indiana Jones ride was closed. We were disappointed - it's Hobbit's third visit to Disneyland and every time the ride has been closed.
We went on all the rides, and we even found time to do the Haunted Mansion and Pirates of the Carribean twice.

No Photos Today

Hobbit forgot to bring the digital camera to EuroDisney. I bought a disposable camera and shot photos, but we haven't had the photos scanned yet.
